- 30ml Elizabeth Yard Sherry Cask Edition
- 20ml Amaretto
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 15ml egg whites or 3 dashes of Foamer
method
Dry shake, shake with ice, fine strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.
