We are a young distillery, only starting production in 2019 and our home is situated in an 1831-built engine shed.

The building has had a great effect on us regarding how we designed our distillery and the style of spirit we produce.

The area we are situated in is called the Charmed Circle, a popular location historically for Edinburgh’s beer industry.

Edinburgh has always had a rich brewing heritage, and we use this to inspire us, pushing creative boundaries and making experimental spirits.
