South Pacific Distillery South Pacific distils its rum on both column and pot stills. The pots once lived a life as whisky stills in New Zealand. South Pacific has its own plantation sugar cane which thrives in Fiji’s rich volcanic soils. The cane is hand cut resulting in a clean rich molasses that produces a rum that we adore for its elegant clean style.
