Brewer’s X Distiller’s Yeast

NMS01 is the first in our Brewer's series of New Makes. NMS01 showcases the complementary nature of using Brewer's yeast and Distilling yeast together. Our Brewer's yeast (American Ale yeast) imparts a clean mouthfeel with notes of peach and soft citrus. Our second yeast strain, Distiller's Yeast M strain is super efficient at converting fermentable sugars, building upon the flavours created by our Brewer's yeast.
